But in reality, the symptoms and dis-ease you experience are coming from the innate wisdom of your many systems, desperately trying to get your attention. You need to learn to listen, remember who you are, educate yourself, open your heart and mind and trust that you are not alone in this journey called life. Blue Energy

Your body is a complex blend of systems, all working together synergistically to make YOU. So complex, yet, in it’s most basic form, just energy. We know that bodies break down into organ systems. Organ systems break down into cells, cells break down into molecules, molecules break down into atoms and an atom observed by a very powerful microscope is … ENERGY! You are energy – brilliant photons of light! Another way to describe energy is in terms of vibration or frequency.

So, really, you are a complex blend of energy systems all working together synergistically. Knowing this will help you realize the value of creating a consistent and positive flow of energy within all your energy and body systems.

Tip of the Iceberg

There are many individuals who study the physical aspect of the body. While this is an important aspect of who we are, it’s not all of who we are. It’s estimated that 30 percent of your anatomy is physical; the other 70 percent of you are the energies that lie below your awareness. Remember that everything is energy. For example: the thoughts you think, the food you eat, the clothes you wear and the environment you put yourself in are all vibrations that contribute to your over-all health and well-being.

Energy is all around you. It is always available and has a never-ending source. A study of the Law of Attraction will teach you the important effect our thoughts and beliefs have on our total health. It is our limiting and self-sabotaging feelings and beliefs that create dis-ease, depression and poverty. Creating and generating positive beliefs and feelings is the most important aspect of health. With positive beliefs and energy flow radiating from all levels of your system, you will then have the ability within yourself to heal your mind, body and spirit.

NUTRITION

We teach that a natural diet consisting of fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds and herbs is the ideal way to eat. Foods should remain in their natural and unprocessed state. We teach nutritional choices are based on subconscious programming. If you are sabotaging yourself with unhealthy food choices, we look at the belief systems first, not the food intake or diet. As your beliefs begin to vibrate higher, you will attract into your life high-vibrating foods, which in turn will bring an increase of energy and health. We help individuals transition to a whole food diet or create one for their specific preferences, needs and commitment level. Approximately 4 percent of your nutritional needs come from the food you eat, it’s vital to choose wisely.

CLEANSING AND ELIMINATION

The only true disease is toxicity. This is caused when our human elimination system is obstructed and causes poisoning of the bloodstream. Toxins are the root and source of almost all disease. We teach a variety of ways to cleanse the body through diet changes, fasts, enemas, herbs, lymphatic massage, belief changes and energy work.

EXERCISE

A variety of exercises are essential for strengthening, toning, cleansing and an improved emotional state. We will help you design an exercise program that is perfect for the needs of all systems of your body.

WATER

Pure water transports nutrients, removes waste materials and cools the body. It keeps all systems of the body flowing properly, and is conduit for energy. Drink half your body weight in ounces daily.

SUN

Sun is the world’s greatest doctor and you should try to get 15 minutes of exposure three times a week. Those with darker skin need more exposure.

TEMPERANCE

Finding a balance in all facets of life is the key to temperance.

FRESH AIR

Fresh, clean air is one of the greatest needs of our body. Oxygen is the difference between life and death. Approximately 96 percent of our nutritional needs come from the air we breathe. You need to learn the art of breathing deeply.

STRESS AND REST

Rest is necessary for energy, concentration and efficiency. We should rest and sleep to be synchronized with nature – follow the sun. Repair and healing hormones are released during sleep. Learn to put yourself in a whole-brain state during stressful situations to reprogram your automatic stress response. Remove anger, grudges, lack of forgiveness, and any negative beliefs. These should be replaced with unconditional love and forgiveness.

PROPER FLOW OF ENERGY

Energy from your personal energy field, chakra system and meridian system feeds life and energy to every organ and cell in your body. This energy flow is critical to life. It’s possible to balance them through belief changes, energy work, lymphatic massage, the five-minute energy routine, intent, etc.
